Setup of the website
Why is there a flag in the top right hand corner?
Since Venalicia serves customers world wide, we always try to show the website in your preferred language and country specific setting for weight and currency. To change this setting, just click on the flag.
Why are the prices displayed in a foreign currency?
Based on the setting of your browser, Venalicia tries to recognise your preferred currency. To change this setting, just click on the flag in the top right hand corner to get to the page settings. There, you can change the language, currency and delivery country.
Why are the weights shown in ounces?
To serve our US-American customers, we show all weights in ounces and the temperatures in Fahrenheit, if the country setting is USA. To change this, please change the delivery country.
Why do I have to change the setting of the delivery country?
Based on the setting of your browser, Venalicia tries to recognise where you come from. However, should you want us to send your order to a different country, please change the delivery country either in the page settings, shipping or in the basket.

Ordering
Why didn’t I get an order confirmation e-mail?
There are several possible reasons, please check which is the most relevant one:

a) You could not complete the ordering process and did not see a web page "Receipt of Your Venalicia order" with an order number. In this case, please set up the order again, or contact us by phone, fax or e-mail so that we do that for you.

b) You saw the page "Receipt of Your Venalicia order" but did not get a confirmation e-mail. In this case, it could either be that the e-mail address given was faulty and that we cannot contact you, or that our e-mail has been dumped into your junk mail folder.

Why should I give you my e-mail and telephone number?
It can always happen, that we do have to contact you in order to confirm payment details or because a product is no longer available. Therefore, please do give us your contact details and best time to reach you so that we can process your order as fast as possible.
